Who runs TrustStake?

Sefiarray B.V. operates TrustStake. It is "a company registered in Curacao". In one place the casino spells the name Sefiaray B.V., with one r. We use the two-r spelling.

An account is tied to one brand. In the casino's words: "Any account opened by the user is specific to the brand or service for which it is created and does not extend to any sister sites or affiliated entities operated by the platform."

Is TrustStake licensed?

The casino describes its licence in two different ways. One description: "TrustStake Casino is licenced in Curacao, licence number 155219, and operated by Sefiaray B.V."

The other: "Sefiarray B.V is incorporated under the laws of Curaçao with Company Number 155219 and has a valid Certificate of Operation. Sefiarray B.V has an application (OGL/2024/842/0350) for a gaming license in progress with the Curaçao Gaming Control Board."

An application in progress is not a granted licence. The second description is an application and a certificate of operation, not a granted gaming licence.

The Curaçao Gaming Authority register lists the operator on one line. The entries, under the register's column names:

There is one difference between the casino's description and the register. In one place the casino calls 155219 a licence number. The register and the casino's other description both give 155219 as the company number. The register's licence number is OGL/2024/842/0350, the same reference the casino gives for its application. The register status is Assessment in progress, with no granted status. The licence body named on both is in Curaçao.

For complaints, a player contacts customer service by email. In the casino's words: "Complaints are handled by our support team and escalated in the organisation if required. Players shall be informed about the state of the complaint to a reasonable level." A player may take unresolved disputes to Curacao eGaming.

The Curaçao Gaming Authority also keeps a list of certificate holders under article 5.17 of the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (LOK). The list names these Alternative Dispute Resolution services:

Coins and payment methods

TrustStake accepts six coins: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin, Ripple XRP and Tron TRX. Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and bank transfer sit beside them. Deposits, limits and fees at TrustStake

The minimum deposit depends on the method: £10 for Visa, Mastercard and Maestro, £20 for each of the six coins and £50 for bank transfer. The casino also states "The minimum deposit is 20 EUR", and the welcome offer repeats minimum deposit 20 EUR.

The maximum deposit is £10,000 for Visa and Mastercard, £5,000 for Maestro, £30,000 for Dogecoin, £50,000 for the other five coins and £100,000 for bank transfer.

On fees, every method is shown as Free, and the casino advertises payment methods "with no fees on transactions". Each deposit provider "may apply its own rules and fees". For withdrawals: "We may charge assigned fees for processing withdrawals and this shall be clearly stated when you perform a withdrawal request."

On crediting, cards show Instant and the coins 1-5, 5-10, 5-15 or 10-30 minutes. Deposits "typically appear shortly after confirmation". The welcome bonus is "credited instantly upon a qualified deposit".

Deposit rules cover whose money may be used. The name on a card or payment account must match the name on the account, and corporate cards or business accounts are prohibited. The casino "may request proof of any payment". It does not provide credit and states that it is not liable for delays caused by banks or payment providers.

On currencies, the payment table shows amounts in £, while bonus and withdrawal terms use €. Bank transfer withdrawals need "an IBAN that accepts EUR".

Withdrawal limits and times

The stated aim is 1-3 business days after verification. In the casino's words: "we do aim to process withdrawal requests within 1-3 business days after verification of the requested documents." The casino adds that it cannot be held liable for the length of time to process payments. Its payment table gives times by method: Within 24h for the six coins, 1-3 days for Visa, Mastercard and Maestro, and 3-5 days for bank transfer. The standing withdrawal limits are €2,000 a day, €6,000 a week and €15,000 a month. VIP players "can be entitled for higher withdrawal levels if agreed". The payment table shows higher daily maximums by method:

• £5,000 a day for Visa, Mastercard and Maestro
• £20,000 a day for Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Ripple XRP and Tron TRX
• £15,000 a day for Dogecoin
• £50,000 a day for bank transfer

The casino also advertises withdrawals "capped at 2000 EUR per day". These are the casino's own figures, and they differ between statements.

Separately, a daily win limit applies: "The maximum amount you are eligible to win per day is strictly limited to € 50,000 (or currency equivalent)."

Other withdrawal conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal is €100. "Any withdrawal of an amount lower than €100 will be rejected."
• At least one successful deposit is needed before a withdrawal.
• Deposits not tied to a bonus must be wagered at least once before they can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals go back by the deposit method where possible, to an account in your own name and address.
• Players who deposit with Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay can withdraw by bank transfer only. If the bank rejects a EUR transfer, the funds return to the balance, which "may take up to 30 days".
• Requesting a withdrawal forfeits any active bonuses, and bonus funds are not withdrawable.
• The casino "may pause or decline withdrawals until verification is completed". In some cases it may ask for notarised identification.

Verification and account rules at TrustStake

Verification is required: "All accounts need to be verified for age, fraud prevention, payment processing, promotion restrictions, account closure, etc." The documents the casino may ask for are a personal identification document (ID, driver's licence or passport) and a utility bill no older than 3 months, showing the name and address on the account. It may also ask for proof of the payment method used. Documents go through "our AI verification tool" in the cashier. If verification is needed, the cashier notifies you and guides you through it.

The casino ties verification to withdrawals. It "reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request if verification has not been completed in full", and this covers identity, age, location and phone number.

On timing, identity checks may be triggered "upon the customer reaches the amount of two thousand euros (€2000) in deposits or accumulated withdrawals", in one transaction or a series within a rolling period of 180 days. The casino may also run them at lower amounts or on any withdrawal.

Other account rules:

• Age. The minimum age is 18: "The minimum age for opening an account is 18-years old."
• One account. The rule reads: "Only one account per person is allowed (one name, one account, one IP address)." Multiple accounts are closed immediately.
• Staff. Employees, executives, directors, consultants and anyone with inside information may not play.
• Dormant accounts. An account with no activity for 12 months is treated as inactive. The casino may then charge 10 EUR a month from the cash balance until the account is active again or the balance reaches zero. To recover remaining funds, log in and request a withdrawal.
• Closure. If fraud or money laundering is suspected, the casino reserves the right to "forfeit all funds on the player's account and close the account without any prior notification".

Welcome offer and wagering

The welcome offer is a 100% match up to 525 EUR on the first deposit, plus 100 free spins on Sakura Fortune. The spins arrive in two parts, 50 instantly and 50 after 24 hours. The minimum deposit is 20 EUR. You activate the bonus from the promotions page or in the deposit section.

Conditions apply. The offer is for newly registered players who have not made any deposits yet. It can be claimed once per person, household, I.P. address or phone number, unless stated otherwise. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. "Deposits made via Cryptocurrency do not qualify for the welcome offer."

The casino states three wagering figures, and each applies to something different:

• Wagering 35x on the deposit and bonus amount. This is the offer's advertised figure and the general rule for all bonuses: "Unless otherwise stated, the wagering requirement for all Bonuses is 35 times the deposit and bonus amount."
• Wagering 45x on the bonus. In a separate clause: "Bonuses needs to be wagered 45 (forty five) times in order to convert the bonus and any bonus winnings to withdrawable funds."
• Wagering 35x on free spins winnings. They "will be added to your Bonus Balance".

The casino states both the 35x and the 45x figures. Plan around the higher one.

The maximum bet with a bonus active is €5 per spin or €0.5 per bet line on slots.

The deposit itself can be withdrawn at any time, but "any bonus and bonus wins will be forfeited". The amount forfeited depends on how much of the balance is bonus money at that moment. Withdrawing before the wagering is met means "your bonus and bonus winnings will be declared null and void". Time limits for the offer are in the table in the next section. Bonus terms in detail

The bonus and the funds tied to it can only be used on slots. The table gives each rule with what it applies to:

The casino gives the expiry as 7 days for unused bonuses and 2 days for free spins. A separate free spins clause gives 7 days for both. Exceeding the 25% bet size "could potentially" remove the bonus and the winnings tied to it.

For non-funded accounts, funds above the €100 are nullified. A withdrawal is processed only after the account is funded with a minimum deposit of €20.

Other promotions and cashback

Monday reload

The casino promotes a Monday reload under the title "Unlock the €100 Monday Reload Power-Up Your Monday!". A reload bonus is "a deposit match offered to existing players". Reloads are "typically offered at a lower match percentage and are usually time-limited or tied to specific days of the week". Winnings from reload bonuses are capped at 10× the maximum deposit amount, as shown in the table above.

Cashback

Cashback "is based only on previous day real-money net losses on Slots". Bonus funds do not count. The conditions:

• a daily cashback cap of €250
• a minimum eligible amount of €5
• credit as a cash bonus with zero wagering requirements
• a claim deadline of 23:59 UTC on the day it is issued
• email and SMS opt-in to receive notifications
• no cashback for non-funded accounts, and no combining with other bonuses or campaigns

Winnings from cashback have a cap of 25X: "if you are rewarded €20 Cashback then the most you could win and withdraw from this Cashback is €500."

TrustStake describes "a library of 2,000+ games" covering slots, live tables, crash titles and sports betting. The providers it names include Play'N GO, Hacksaw Gaming, Evoplay and Quickspin. It also lists Booming Games, Spinomenal, TaDa Gaming, ICONIC21, Vivo Gaming, Booongo, Felix Gaming, ShadyLady, Amatic, Belatra, INOUT, PG Soft, Endorphina, BetSolutions, Evolution, Yggdrasil, Betsoft, Amigo Gaming and Microgaming.

Slots

Slots are "the largest category, covering classic slots, video slots, Megaways, jackpots, and bonus buy games". Popular titles it names are Book of Dead, Legacy of Dead, Sugar Valley, Marlin Masters, Queen of Athens, Velvet Gems, Luck Reactor and Dark Spiral.

Live casino

The live casino "includes roulette, blackjack, and baccarat tables streamed with real dealers", with multiple versions to suit different stakes. Live casino games are among those excluded from bonus play.

Table games

Table games are digital versions of classic games such as roulette and blackjack. They are "designed for players who prefer to play at their own pace without a live dealer".

Crash games

Crash games are "fast-paced games where you cash out before a multiplier crashes". The casino names Aviator, Helicopter X and Limbo Cat.

Sports betting and other products

Sports betting is the one other product the casino names beside its casino games, alongside slots, live tables and crash titles.

VIP and loyalty at TrustStake

TrustStake runs a points-based loyalty programme and states no scheme name. You earn points by wagering on eligible games. Points can be redeemed in the loyalty shop for spins and other rewards.

The programme "includes multiple levels, with improved redemption rates and more valuable perks as you progress". Access to VIP status "is based on your activity and progression through the loyalty levels".

Playing TrustStake on mobile

The platform is "fully browser-based, so there's no need to download an app". You can use it from desktop, mobile or tablet "with the same functionality across devices". Our rating found no store app and scores mobile 3 of 5.

How TrustStake compares with other crypto casinos

Where TrustStake does worse than most: several of the others state shorter withdrawal times, from within 1 hour to up to 24 hours. One states within 72 hours of approval, counted from approval, so the two are not like for like. Its game count is below most of the others.
