Bitcoin deposits and withdrawals compared

The table shows each casino's minimum deposit, minimum withdrawal, stated time and fee, as the casino states them.

The minimum deposit column holds each casino's general figure, not a bitcoin-only one. 7Bit Casino sets minimum deposit 10 EUR (or equivalent). TrustStake sets minimum deposit 20 EUR.

The times are aims or claims, and we give them as each casino words them. TrustDice aims to finish withdrawals within one hour whenever possible and says some may take up to 48 hours. It also says no single time is guaranteed, because the asset, the network, security checks and the receiving wallet all play a part.

BetFury adds a second statement to its "within minutes" claim. Its risk department audits each transaction by hand, and depending on the case withdrawals can take up to 24-72 hours. 7Bit Casino puts bitcoin confirmation at around ten minutes.

Thunderpick gives two sets of figures. For bitcoin it lists Free, 5-30 min, EUR12 and EUR50,000, under the headings Fee, Processing time, Minimum amount and Maximum Weekly Amount. The minimum withdrawal is € 10 per transaction (or equivalent), with a maximum of 100,000 € per week unless stated otherwise. Its terms, however, say transaction fees are charged in most cases, depending on jurisdiction. Withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.

TrustStake sets withdrawal limits of €2,000 a day, €6,000 a week and €15,000 a month. VIP players may receive higher limits. The minimum withdrawal by bank transfer is also €100 a request, and withdrawal fees are shown during the request.

Litecoin, USDT and other coins

Casinos name their coins in different ways. The table gives the coins each one names.

Litecoin appears at 7Bit Casino, BetFury, Cloudbet, Thunderpick and TrustDice. Cloudbet says it supports 30+ cryptocurrencies, and BetFury says it supports over 55 crypto assets, so both lists are partial.

The network matters for USDT. Thunderpick names USDT via ERC-20, TRC-20 and BEP-20, and USDC via ERC-20 and Solana. TrustDice names TRC20 and ERC20. It warns that the sending wallet and its deposit address must use the same network, and that a mismatched network may mean delayed recovery or permanent loss.

BetFury also has a native token, BFG, which it describes as listed on top exchanges.

Licences behind bitcoin casinos

Each licence below comes from the casino's terms or the Curaçao Gaming Authority register. The register lists licensees by company, so each line shows the licence the operator holds. The column names are the register's own.

Two details need care. TrustStake quotes "licence number 155219" for its licence, which is also its operator's company registration number. TrustDice names the Gaming Control Board (GCB) beside the licence number that the Curaçao Gaming Authority register lists. 7Bit Casino's licence was issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission. BC.Game gives the number only, and its operator is registered in Belize.

What this means for a complaint

The Gambling Commission's route is for gambling businesses it licenses. The player complains to the business first. If the answer does not settle it, after 8 weeks the player can take the complaint to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider, a free, independent service that the business names.

None of the casinos here is licensed in Great Britain, so that is not their route. A player uses the complaints route each casino sets:

• TrustStake: contact customer service. Unresolved disputes can go to Curacao eGaming.
• TrustDice: email its compliance team or customer service. If the casino does not resolve it, contact any independent body, gaming authority or licensing regulator listed on the website.
• BitStarz: escalate to the gambling authority, or request a review by a designated gambling dispute resolution service.

7Bit Casino accepts EUR, USD, CAD, AUD and NZD alongside BTC, ETH, BCH, LTC, DOG, XRP, TRX, ADA, BNB, USDT, USDC and SOL. It also offers CoinsPaid as a crypto deposit method. Minimum deposit 10 EUR applies to all deposits. The welcome bonus needs a deposit of at least 20 EUR.

To cash out bitcoin, a player opens the balance page, selects BTC in the currency field, links a wallet address, enters the amount and confirms. The casino aims to process requests within 72 hours of approval. There are minor charges for withdrawals from its side. In its live games, bitcoin bets run from 1 mBTC to 400 mBTC, depending on the game.

BC.Game advertises all deposits and withdrawals as fee-free, fiat and crypto, for its VIP Club. Its marketing line reads "Instant deposits, low fees, fast withdrawals". It lists Apple Pay and Google Pay as payment options, and advertises one wallet across the casino and the sportsbook.

The operator is Twocent Technology Limited, registered in Belize, and the licence number is ALSI-202410011-FI1. Our BC.Game review has the rest, with a rating of 2.3.

BetFury

BetFury says users can deposit and withdraw over 55 crypto assets, naming BTC, ETH, BNB, USDT, TRX, DOGE, LTC, USDC, POLYGON, SOL and TON. There are three ways to fund an account: send from an external wallet on any available network, buy assets with Visa, MasterCard, Google Pay or Apple Pay, or swap tokens on the site. BetFury has no fee for deposits.

The welcome offer needs a deposit of at least $5 in any currency. For withdrawals, a player chooses a network such as ERC-20, BSC, BEP-20 or Polygon and sends to an external wallet that supports it. Our rating notes that GBP is not among the currencies BetFury, Thunderpick or TrustDice list.

BitStarz

BitStarz calls itself a "Bitcoin Casino - Multi-award Winning Crypto Casino". Its welcome package gives a 100% bonus and 180 free spins on the first deposit, then up to €400 or 4 BTC across the next three deposits.

BitStarz tries to pay out withdrawals within 1 hour. Some may take longer, and this is stated when a player chooses a method. Neither the casino nor its payments processor charges any fee on a withdrawal. By contrast, bank transfer withdrawals are paid within three to ten banking days.

Cloudbet

Cloudbet accepts Bitcoin, Dogecoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple and Tether. It says it supports more than 30 cryptocurrencies across major blockchain networks, and offers third-party options to buy crypto.

Cloudbet advertises that "90% of our withdrawals take less than 2 minutes" and an average withdrawal speed of under 1 minute. It states that withdrawals carry no withdrawal admin fees.

The licence is OGL/2024/328/0599, from the Curaçao Gaming Authority. Our Cloudbet review has the detail, with a rating of 2.9.

Thunderpick

Thunderpick supports Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Cardano, Binance Coin, Solana, Tron, Ripple, USDC and USDT. Every transaction and bet is counted and settled in Euro, its base currency.

Bitcoin and Ethereum withdrawals are Free, 5-30 min, with a minimum of EUR12. Litecoin has a minimum of EUR10 and a weekly maximum of EUR50,000. Its terms give a different fee statement, as the comparison above explains, so we give both.

Card payments buy crypto that moves to the Thunderpick balance, through Apple Pay, Google Pay, VISA or Mastercard. Kinguin and Thunderpick Gift Cards are also deposit methods.

TrustDice

TrustDice calls itself "an online casino for bitcoin and ethereum players". It supports BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC and DOGE. Bitcoin confirmation time and fees depend on network activity, and the current coin list should be checked in the cashier before a transfer.

It aims to complete withdrawals within one hour whenever possible, with some taking up to 48 hours, and it states zero withdrawal fees.

The licence is OGL/2024/664/0280, from the Curaçao Gaming Authority. Our TrustDice review gives the terms, with a rating of 3.9.

TrustStake

TrustStake names Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin, Ripple XRP and Tron TRX. Minimum deposit 20 EUR applies. Deposits made via cryptocurrency do not qualify for the welcome offer.

Withdrawals are sent by the same method as the deposit where possible. The casino aims to process requests within 1-3 business days after verification.

Support is live chat or email, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our rating gives its support area 5 of 5.

Cloudbet offers 24/7 multilingual support through Live Chat, and an email address for responsible gambling queries.

Thunderpick requires KYC to be confirmed when registering. Support is stated as 24/7, by email or through a floating chat button, and there is also a public chat. It has no mobile application specific to phones. Its web interface is built to be mobile compatible.

TrustDice may use KYC and identity verification procedures when a player deposits, such as a selfie with documents. Requirements may depend on transaction activity, payment method and withdrawal size. Live chat is stated as 24/7, with a typical response time of between one and two minutes. The site works as a web-based app, and TrustDice also describes an app download banner.

At TrustStake, verification may be triggered if total deposits or withdrawals reach €2,000 within 180 days, and may happen at lower levels or before a withdrawal. Our take

Bitcoin works as a payment route at the casinos that name it, but the rules around it are not the same everywhere. Three points set them apart.

The first is where the coin goes in. A TrustStake player who deposits with crypto plays without its welcome offer. The second is how a withdrawal is described. TrustDice, BitStarz and 7Bit Casino give an aim, BetFury and Cloudbet give a share of withdrawals, and Thunderpick gives a range. The third is the licence. The licences named here are Curaçao or Tobique ones, with register status of Assessment in progress or Indefinite, and BC.Game's line gives a number only.
