Who runs TrustDice?

TrustDice is operated and owned by Satoshi Gaming Group N.V., a limited liability company registered with the Curaçao Chamber of Commerce. Its registered business address is in Curaçao. The casino was established in 2018.

TrustDice runs on a Bitcoin casino gaming platform that allows players to play with cryptocurrency. Satoshi Gaming Group N.V. is also the licensee name on the register line in the next section. The company's registration number is in the fact box above.

Is TrustDice licensed?

TrustDice states that it is "licensed and regulated by the Gaming Control Board (GCB) with License Number: OGL/2024/664/0280". That describes a granted licence, not an application in progress.

The Curaçao Gaming Authority register lists the same number under the operator's name. Its columns and values are:

The casino names the Gaming Control Board (GCB) as its regulator, while the licence sits on the Curaçao Gaming Authority register under the same number and company. The number carries the year 2024, while the register lists the issue date 24-Dec-25.

For complaints, players can email the compliance team, or contact customer service as the website instructs. Complaints are handled in the support department and escalated within the casino if support does not settle the case at once. The player is told the state of the complaint to a reasonable level. Clause 19.3 then says that if the dispute is not resolved at casino management level, "you can contact any independent body, gaming authority or the licensing regulator listed on the Website".

The Gambling Commission's complaints route is for businesses it licenses, so it does not apply to a Curaçao licence. The Curaçao Gaming Authority certifies dispute services (Alternative Dispute Resolution) under article 5.17 of its gaming law. Its list of certificate holders names these:

Coins and payment methods

TrustDice is an online casino for bitcoin and ethereum players, where you can deposit, play and withdraw with those cryptocurrencies. It supports a range of digital assets for casino play and sports betting, and the current list sits in the cashier. It names Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT, Litecoin (LTC) and Dogecoin (DOGE) "and many other supported cryptocurrencies".

The main coins, with their common use and the point to watch for each:

USDT may be available through more than one network, such as TRC20 or ERC20. Mastercard, Visa, Interac, bank transfer and Apple Pay also appear among its payment methods. For DOGE, check the current minimum deposit and withdrawal requirements in the cashier.

Deposits, limits and fees at TrustDice

A crypto deposit has three steps. Open the deposit section and choose a supported asset. Choose the correct network, because the sending wallet and the TrustDice deposit address must use the same one. Then copy the deposit address or scan the QR code. The balance credits automatically after 1-3 network confirmations.

Sending cryptocurrency through an unsupported or mismatched network "may result in delayed recovery or permanent loss". Check the network before you send.

On fees, TrustDice advertises "Zero withdrawal fees". Network fees for the coin itself depend on the blockchain, as the table above notes for Bitcoin and Ethereum.

The casino handles many currencies. VIP Level Points are earned in EUR, JPY, KRW, CAD, AUD, BRL, ARS, INR, MXN, NZD, CLP and SGD, plus BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, EOS, DOGECOIN, TRX, XRP and SOL. Its rakeback offer pays in 8 cryptocurrencies and 6 fiat currencies.

Withdrawal limits and times

TrustDice "aims to complete withdrawal procedures within one hour whenever possible, but in some cases it may take longer (up to 48 hours)". There is no single guaranteed time for every withdrawal. Timing varies with the asset, the network, security checks, account status and the receiving wallet.

Automated processing covers eligible crypto withdrawal requests, and final delivery still depends on blockchain confirmations and receiving-wallet requirements. Eligible crypto withdrawals are typically processed within minutes, the casino states, and actual times depend on blockchain conditions and security verification.

Withdrawal checks run in stages. Stage 2 covers whether the balance is available, whether bonus wagering has been completed, whether the amount meets withdrawal limits, and whether additional account security checks are required. A withdrawal made before bonus wagering is complete forfeits the bonus, the free spins and the winnings.

Withdrawal limits are "customized based on VIP status", with the highest limits at the top levels and large withdrawals available for eligible VIP members.

Verification and account rules at TrustDice

The casino may ask for documents to verify an account, process deposits or withdrawals, and run anti-fraud checks. These "may include passport scans, payment slips, bank statements, etc." It also reserves the right to use further identity verification when funds are deposited, "including (but is not limited to) taking a selfie with documents or identification".

Account requirements may depend on transaction activity, account security, payment method, withdrawal size and applicable platform or regulatory requirements. Registration needs an email address, a username and a password.

The age limit is 18. You may take part only if you are over eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher legal age of majority where you live.

Each player may have one account: "You are allowed to have only one Member Account. Only one Account for each household, IP, PC is allowed."

Welcome offer and wagering

TrustDice advertises the welcome offer in three ways, and the figures differ:

The 500% plus 100 free spins figure is the one we use. The welcome offer is a First, Second and Third Deposit Bonus, each claimable once per account, on the first, second and third deposit. A welcome bonus is connected to a qualifying deposit and can carry separate promotional conditions.

The offer's own terms set wagering 40x, and it applies to the bonus: "Our First / Second / Third Deposit Bonus each have a wager requirement of 40 times." For example, a 0.01 BTC bonus means bets of 0.4 BTC in total before bonus funds and potential winnings reach the available balance.

The general rule is wider. Different bonuses may have different wagering requirements, from 0 to 50 times, set in each promotion's terms.

The time limit is 7 days from the date you receive the bonus, unless the bonus conditions say otherwise. Miss the deadline and the bonus funds and winnings are forfeited and deducted from the balance.

On maximum bet, only bets less than 2 EUR count towards wagering. Matching limits apply in other currencies, for example 2 USDT and 0.00007 BTC. Players can only meet wagering on the games the bonus names. Bets on other games do not count.

Bonus terms in detail

These are the terms behind the welcome offer and the general bonus rules.

The free spins limit holds "unless the conditions of a bonus state otherwise". For the contribution rows, check each promotion's own terms for the eligible games.

For live casino the figure is closer. Slots contribute 100% towards the 40x target, while live casino games typically contribute between 5% and 10%, and some game show variants 0%. The worked example is a $100 bet on live blackjack at a 10% contribution, where only $10 counts.

Other conditions apply. Bonuses are limited to one per user, IP address, electronic device, household, residential address, telephone number, payment method and email address. You can request a withdrawal of your deposit before meeting wagering, but then the bonus, the free spins and the winnings are forfeited. You can cancel a bonus on the Promo Code page, which removes it and any winnings from it, and the cancellation cannot be reversed.

TrustDice advertises "Rakeback Return up to 21% on losses". Instant, weekly and monthly versions exist and grow as you level up. The formula: rakeback points on one bet equal the bet amount in USD, times a percentage for the game, times the player's rakeback percentage. The game percentages are Dice 1.5%, Crash 1.5%, Plinko 0.98% and slots 3%. Satoshi-level players can get up to 21% rakeback.

Instant cashback starts at Level 7, weekly cashback at Level 15 and monthly cashback at Level 23.

Crypto faucet

The faucet lets eligible players claim a small amount of cryptocurrency without a qualifying deposit. The default claim interval is once every six hours for lower VIP levels. Higher levels may get shorter intervals, down to 1 hour at the top levels.

Sports First Deposit Bonus

This is a separate sports offer with wagering 10, a minimum deposit of $20 or equivalent and an expiry of 30 days.

TrustDice's claim of 10,000+ games comes with no exact count. Elsewhere it advertises "more than 1500+ bitcoin casino games". VIP members can reach "thousands" of games across multiple categories.

The providers it names are Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, Spinomenal, PG Soft, Tom Horn Game and atsupachi. Higher betting limits may be available on selected titles, depending on the provider and the account.

Slots and pachinko

The game list features popular video slots such as "Mr. Vegas", plus traditional games like blackjack and baccarat. Many titles are pachinko games from atsupachi. RTP is shown where the provider gives it, for example RTP 98.0% on one atsupachi pachinko game. Games offer a Demo Mode and a Real Mode, and real money needs a login.

Live casino and game shows

The game shows include Crazy Time and Crazy Coin Flip (Evolution Gaming), Sweet Bonanza Candyland (Pragmatic Play Live) and Monopoly Live. Live blackjack, baccarat and roulette tables are on offer, and so are poker streams.

VIP and loyalty at TrustDice

The VIP Club (also called the Satoshi Club VIP program) has 9 tiers. To qualify, you register an account and earn points through eligible wagers. Your level rises automatically as you reach each milestone.

Level Points come from real money bets in the listed currencies. Bets placed with bonus funds or free spins do not count. Points per bet equal the bet amount in USD times the game contribution ratio. All Originals games and most casino games contribute 100%, and a few games may contribute 10%. Sports bets contribute 200%. So $1 on Originals or casino games earns 1 level point, and $1 on sports earns 2.
