Privacy policy
Last updated 12 October 2026. This policy covers what Chain Casino UK collects about its visitors, why, and for how long.
1. Data controller
We have not published the name of the legal entity that acts as data controller, because none has been set for the site yet. This page says so rather than name a company we cannot source. For any question about your data, write to info@chaincasinouk.com.
2. Our principles
We collect as little as the site needs in order to work, and we keep it for as short a time as we can. Each kind of data below comes with its purpose and its basis, so you can judge whether it is reasonable.
This site is for adults aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
3. What data we collect and on what basis
You give us nothing directly. The site has no contact form, account or sign-up, so we receive no message, name or email address from you unless you write to info@chaincasinouk.com.
The server writes an access log. For each request it records your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the response status and size, the referring page and your browser's user agent string.
We use the log to keep the site running and secure, for example to find errors and abuse. Our basis is a legitimate interest in doing so. The log is not used for analytics or advertising.
Beyond the log we collect nothing. The site runs no analytics, sets no cookies of its own and uses no browser storage. The cookie policy gives the detail.
4. Third parties and external links
The site is hosted on a Hostinger server, and that server is the only service that handles your request.
The pages make no outside requests. Fonts are served from our own server rather than from Google Fonts, and the short script on each page only works the menus: it makes no requests and stores nothing.
If the law requires us to hand information to a court or an authority, we could give only what exists at that time, which is the access log.
This site links to casino sites that we review. Each casino runs its own site under its own privacy policy, and once you follow a link that policy applies, not this one. Read it before you give a casino any personal data.
5. Transfers outside the UK
Our hosting server is in Germany, which is outside the UK, so each page request from the UK is answered by a server outside the UK and the access log is written there.
We do not send visitor data to any other country.
6. Retention and data security
The server rotates its logs daily, keeps 14 rotations and then deletes them, so a log line lasts about 14 days.
The log stays on the server and is shared with no one. We name no other security measure on this page, because we have not checked one to describe.
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights over personal data held about you. You may ask to see it and have a copy, to have wrong data corrected, to have it erased, to restrict how it is used or to object to its use, and, where it applies, to receive it in a portable form.
A request could concern only the access log described above. Send it to info@chaincasinouk.com.
8. Right to complain
The privacy regulator for the UK is the Information Commission's Office (ICO). It recommends this order: "In most cases, we recommend that you raise your concern with the organisation first and give them a chance to put things right." Then: "If you’re unhappy with the organisation’s response, you can then complain to the ICO."
You can reach the ICO on 0303 123 1113, or use the data protection complaints page on its own website.
The first step the ICO describes, contacting the organisation, can be taken by email at info@chaincasinouk.com.
9. Changes to this policy
We post changes to this policy on this page and move the Last updated date at the top to the day of the change. Check that date when you return.
The terms of use cover how you may use this site; this policy covers only the data it handles.
